These valve series have been tested end-to-end against HydroIQ Controllers. If your valve appears on this list, HydroIQ drives it directly without an adapter.

The mechanical valve body of most major 24VAC series is fully compatible — we replace only the solenoid coil. The swap takes about a minute per valve with no plumbing changes.

Most major-brand 1/2", 3/4", and 1" plastic globe valves use one of three coil form factors that we already support. Email hello@hydroiq.us with the manufacturer, series, and a photo of your existing solenoid coil, and we will confirm fit within 2 business days.
HydroIQ ships with industrial-grade soil sensors as standard. The controller also supports third-party sensors that speak the most common digital protocols used in the industry. See your Hydro Controller's bundled documentation for pin-out and provisioning details.
The HydroIQ fertigation module uses a quick-disconnect cartridge interface with RFID auto-detection. We fully support third-party cartridges — there is no firmware lockout. If your cartridge isn't auto-recognized, you can manually configure its NPK profile through the app.
